Well I had a very busy week end, still managed to skip all the fast food and drink a whole lot of water, however I really feel that I could have planned better ahead as on Saturday I skipped breakfast. Also had sweet tea at the Restaurant on Sunday, could have saved the calories and just had regular tea and added splenda. Maintained weight over the week end so I still need to lose 3 lbs. by the 31st. Totally doable. Here's to a new week!!!!!

    Good job still blogging. Little choices each day add up so take 10 minutes the night before and think about the day ahead. I find this little investment of time can totally change the direction I take and help me stay on a good path!

Last night I took my blender (single serving size) and filled it with coffee, almond milk, PB2 powder, and chocolate protein powder and left that in the fridge. This morning all I had to do was throw in a frozen banana and mix. Breakfast in less than 30 seconds. Truly less than a 10 minute investment in time. Try that sometime with your favorite shake.
