It did, just dawn on me that week 1 is done, and was a success! THREE pounds lost, and ran 6 days! Not a bad beginning, I must say.
WK 1: 141.5
WK 2: Had a CRAZY scale thing going on on Sunday. Unbelieveable stuff happening with the body for what I think was really not all that bad of nutritional choices. I don't know what's going on, but it went waaaaaaaay up and then back down 3/4 of the way from Sunday morning to about noon. But the pounds that did stick, are still stuck. So, week 2 is today and I have to be honest about it, so here goes:
WK 2: 143.5
Back to tracking (even if not tracking on spark - I'm not going to be home much tomorrow) and running. It'll come back off. No doubts.
WK 3: 140.5
I refused to weigh myself this morning, so I took yesterday's weigh in weight. We went to Redbones last night as a last minute thing, so I know my weight is up today...so I didn't get on the scale. It'll be back down tomorrow. BUT I happened to step on yesterday morning (on my scale...so I subtracted 3 lbs) and it said 143.5. So...140.5 should be pretty accurate.
I DID get a new scale yesterday, so all guess work is gone from here on out! I put 30 lb. dumbells on it to check accuracy, and it said 30# exactly. Yay! (my old one would have said about 33#) So, even if this weight is off by a bit, I don't care. I lost weight and I'm happy and I didn't weigh myself daily. Yay!
