Weight is going down. What an incentive to keep going! Today's walk was even faster, burning more calories. I'm not ready to run a race, by any means, but I can fit a 1.5 mile walk into my lunch time after eating without going over. My bonus for the weight going down was a new pair of walking shoes. After all the stress last weekend and the stumble in the diet on Friday (got caught unexpected without snacks or real food) I'm back on track and feeling good.
