I'm working on a piece now that I'll try to show tomorrow. I have a shelf that Danny just put up for me. I'll try to get a picture of the ones on it and send it. I think I got started making jewelry when I saw something that I sort of liked, but could in no way afford...figured I could just make it...exactly the way I wanted it...I did the same with quilted purses. I needed more pockets, so I made one that had it...Then I just started designing different ones. FUN!!

I do have weights...1 and 3 pounds. I do the Sparkspeople workouts right now, but I just purchased the Shapely Girl workout with weights. I think it will help...I tried the Shake Weight twice, but, both times, got a pinched nerve (my rods moved and the nerve got caught under it is the way I understood it). The pain was excruciating and lasted 6 months the first time and about a month the second time. I threw the weight away and chalked up the $20 as a lesson learned.

    I am blessed, thank you! I, too, enjoy salt on stuff but when I got into my sixties started cutting back. As I went on two blood pressure meds, he told me "no added salt", which I saw as no problem, as by then I was only salting my breakfast eggs. Then I started Spark and learned that only 13% came from the salt shaker; the rest was hidden in the foods that I eat. I prepare most of my foods at home, and I do not cook or bake with salt, except when I make bread. But almost daily I was exceeding the 2300 mg allotted. So I try to adjust my foods and watch more closely for the sodium content; it is in everything! I want to be the salt of the earth, but I don't want to turn into a pillar! I enjoy your vlogs and blogs; show us a piece of your jewelry please. Oh, and weight lifting can help you; you don't need anything fancy; you can use canned vegetables as the weight! I have been on my plateau for three weeks now, so have 'changed it up a bit'.
