It seems like it has been difficult lately for me to find time to exercise. With so much going on in my life, I just feel like I don't have time for it. But no more, I am sick of making excuses and ready to start making time for me! I work so hard on everything else in my life, don't I deserve to work hard on myself?!
My Challenge: 5 weeks
Workout for at least 30 minutes per day. No excuses. No matter if I have to get up an hour early, go to sleep an hour late, or cram in a quick workout between jobs, I will do it!
Take a before and after picture. I have never done this before, but (from reading other people's blogs and challenges) I think it will be good motivation and rewarding later on.
Find at least 1 photo, quote, or whatever to motivate me in my weight loss and save them to a common folder on my computer to look through when I'm losing my spark.
Drink TONS of water. I've always had a problem drinking as much as I should, but I'm ready to change that and start new, healthier habits.
