I'm checkin in on ya... I know you hit it again on Monday and you've been going hard this week. It's OK to have those carb days sometimes... but as you know you just have to dust your shoulders off and keep on keepin' on.
Don't worry about those 4lbs.. thats probably water weight from the carby days and the female problems. I know you'll be a rockstar this week! 1956 days ago
