emoticon Nuts and cheese which are so high in fat is what so many people tend to load up on when they start P3 and they realize how fast they will gain. Kevin Trudeau says in "The Weight Loss Cure" that you can just double or triple the P2 foods at the start of P3 and then add one food back in daily to see how you do on the scale. I find having two large apples during the day as helpful, etc.
I tried Epson Salts once and COULDN'T get it down. Dr. Mercola gives a lot of information on doing detox. I've never tried the "coffee" colon cleanses that many people do.

I can't believe you drank epsom salt! OMG! I mean wow. I soak my horse's foot in epsom salt and water when he has an abscess. I can't imagine drinking it. Holy crap girl! I think not going to the bathroom is a big reason you have gained. Keep going strong. I can't wait to hear how the steak day went for you. How much are you working out? I'm still in shock that you work out SO much and could gain weight. Your net calories (Calories eaten - calories burned working out) shouldn't be that much right? Wow.

Sorry to hear you having a rough time, please don't do detox.. They do more harm than help the body..

    Lisa,

Still smiling. Great attitude. What is the epsom salt detox? Do you REALLY sip it. What is it supposed to do? The almonds are high in calories. I just did some peanuts today and was actually counting them which was touch. I'm also drinking Herbal Slimming Tea (from Rite Aid or online at iHerb.com). It really does cleanse you plenty.

    Keep it positive,
