I have been diagnosed as pre-diabetic, so my goal is to lose 16 pounds in the next 8 weeks and become stronger, eat healthier, and have better test results in eight weeks. I already drink my water and meet this goal everyday. I need to track MORE consistently.
My goals for this week are:
1. three videos for strength training
2. continue my daily swim for 30 - 60 mins
3. track my food intake at least 3 days
I know that I can do this - I have done many challenges on Spark been successful!
