OK, seriously... I've been at this for over a month and the scale hasn't budged... not at all. It's hard to keep on track when it's not moving. Sure, I feel better, stronger, better posture, etc but really, the scale needs to move. It's so friggin annoying. I'm seriously considering going to a nutritionist or something... it shouldn't be this hard... I really do hope that my blog a week from now has a better title, and a better outlook...

    It is hard when the scale isn't encouraging. For me, I have to stay at the bottom of my food range to lose weight no matter how much I work out. I take an hard, honest look at what I'm eating when my scale is stuck and cut out all the excess.

    I'm right there with you! I've been at the same weight for over a month. I do cardio 6 days a week and stay in my range. I do EVERYTHING I am supposed to, but the scale does NOT budge. Like you, I feel stronger and what not, but I am starting to go insane because i can't lose weight. I actually have scheduled a meeting with a nutritionist, because it just doesn't make sense. You should look into it. I'm here for you if you need to talk. Trust me, I know how horrible this stagnated weight loss feels!!!
