...at what I have done since I started Sparking at the beginning of June.
I've been journalling.
I've been sleeping, and have made it to 8 hours three times since my hibernation streak.
I've been tracking my food.
I've made a small start on exercising.
And reading SParticles and accumulating SPoints and by golly I think it is working. Because I want to exercise and I want to make healthy changes and I'm enjoying myself and learning stuff.
On reflection I think that the sleep change is the most profound because I feel rested. I have slept poorly for a long time and not worried about it, but now I have had two weeks with mostly 6+ hours restful sleep and I feel so relaxed and energetic. Enough to think it's time to begin getting up and doing some exercise when I wake up, rather than giving myself more down time. And next after that will be not just tracking, but analysing my food and making changes there. No pressure, i'll tackle that when I feel like it. So that's my plan.
