Sooo....yesterday I took a day off my "diet". I'm very glad I did, I needed the break. I alsoi needed the reminder why I'm NOT eating that way anymore! I woke up feeling gross and not hungry. It affected me all day. I did manage to only have ONE donut (from my fave donut store) but ate THREE slices of pizza (best pizza in Portland, but should have stuck with ONE slice) I also had a hot dog and chips, which totally did not satisfy me. I had no problem going back to no treats today, I feel so much better when I eat well. I don't want to ever go backwards permanantly.
60 calorie whole grain waffle/1 tblsp hazelnut butter/ half banana
Small bowl brown rice, steamed veggies, beans and two ounce grilled chicken
One serving barbecue grilled chicken (not fried)/ 4 ounce cherry soda
2 whole grain blueberry fig bars
One large bowl strawberries with one fourth cup nonfat yogurt
