Just thinking how lucky I am to have such good health. Not that I don't take care to ensure that I maintain my good health.
I was recently having problems with skin blemishes and skin itch. I am a believer in you are what you eat. After experimenting with various foods, I decided to try low carb for a while. NOT no carb. As you all know, we need complex carbs in our diet. It is what gives us energy to do the things we love to do. I have eliminated all bread, sweets and unnecessary sugars from my diet. My skin has cleared and the added bonus is that I have lost 8 pounds since the beginning of February.
I Feel Great!!!!!!!
