Ever felt like a week was taking forever? It feels like Friday, but itís only Tuesday? This happens when youíre not working towards anything. When you have a goal in mind, youíll want to cook that healthy dinner or go to the gym. The week will not only go faster, but be more enjoyable.

Well I was working for a purpose when I began my Journey last yr. I was determined to lose this weight. I finally had a goal in mind. In the past when I lost weight I always "Wanted to lose weight" No real goal in mind, so this time it is definitely different. OK so why have I NOT really done anything this yr. I believe for the most part I GOT too comfortable. I am SO HAPPY w/what I've done so far. I AM VERY PROUD of myself! I think I have finally figured out what I'm doing.

So NOW it's time to finish what I started!
That "WAS" my problem, I NEVER finished what I started.
~~Well I have noticed I don't Rush the weekends to get here anymore. I enjoy the week as much as the weekend!

as much anymore! I don't want to go HIDE b/c I got attention.
~~I'm REALLY doing this for my KIDS. Before I said for my kids, my family but I was so focused on losing I wasn't really enjoying it!! I AM NOW! I get out there & LIVE it With Them! The weight loss might be slower but What I'm getting from it is
