Just after my last blog entry I had a horrible stomach virus. YUCK! I wasn't able to eat much of anything and so I didn't have any energy to do much more than take care of my children. My husband was feeling equally bad (and it turns out he was worse because he actually has Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, not just my stomach virus).
I have been feeling better for a couple of days, but our schedules have been off and my husband has been home in bed. I am making a commitment to get back at it tomorrow. One of the features of this site that help me the most is the meal planner that shows up on my food tracker page.
I have already looked at tomorrow so I know what to eat for breakfast to get started on the right foot again. I will finally be able to go running again tomorrow (I hope the heat doesn't kill me). It is storming now; so, I hope the weather will cool a bit, or that it will be raining tomorrow. That will keep me cooler.
I WANT this! I need to be in good shape and healthy again. I need this so that when I'm old I will still be able to travel and explore this world.
