BBQ Kabobs on p2

Today some friends and i decided to make kabobs and cocktails and sit around the pool and relax. They are very supportive of me losing weight so one of my friends came up with the idea to put one type of meat and one type of vegetable on each kabob stick, we put 25 grams of meat on each stick with allot of veges. We used chicken, shrimp, and steak as our meats and onions, peppers, and cherry tomatoes as our veggies. They had margaritas and i filled my glass with crushed ice and cranberry crystal light mixed with diet sprite. All in all i had a great time, and got to eat 4 kabobs, without having to feel left out or deprived. I ate the shrimp with red onions earlier and now i' m about to eat the chicken with tomato for dinner. I guess the steak will have to wait until tomorrow. :-) :-)
