Weighed in this morning and I have gained a total of 13 lbs since last year. I changed the weight tracker on my page. It is so hard to admit to myself that I have gained this much weight and I am having a hard time getting back on track. There is so much turmoil in our family right now and only God can take care of it, it is out of our control. I am just praying that God will help me break free from the bonds of my food addiction plus help our family deal with all the trials we are going thru.
I ask for everyone to please pray for my family especially my daughter and her 3 boys as they deal with some very troubling problems. Pray that she will do what is right and good for her and her children.
