Summer Challenge Week 5

emoticon Did a lot of walking this week. This week at work was our annual conference. We did a lot of walking around the campus and through the woods. I thought that I would wake up early in the mornings and workout to spark videos. I did not, and did not need to. By the end of the day my feet hurt from all of the walking.

emoticon I was concerned this week that because my meals would all be cafeteria style I would not have good choices beyond a salad everyday for lunch and dinner. but that was not the case. There were a few choices. I was also creative. On taco night I had many of the ingredients minus the taco and sour cream. Also I skipped the soda at meals. I had a few diet cokes during the week but not with every meal.

emoticon This week has been a blast. I stayed up late each night working until late. The good news, my coworkers and I had a great time. We never laughed so much together. It is a blessing when you truly enjoy the people that you work with.

    Yes Ma'am you are right .. if you like the people you work with .. it is so much better! Congrats on getting all that walking in! You are doing awesome .. your fitness minutes are amazing!
