Well, guess its time to let my spark family in on what is really going on.....I am 5 1/2 weeks pregnant...which is why I had to stop doing Supreme 90...at least until after March! :) This is my first baby, and I will be turning 35 in September. We are excited, although I was a little disappointed in not being able to finish Supreme 90 after making it a third of the way through. Guess its for a good reason!
I had been getting so angry not losing any weight those first 30 days, and now I guess I understand why. I love working out now, so I guess Supreme 90 did give me the fitness bug! I asked my doctor about continuing to workout, and as most of you know, working out during pregnancy is great for both me and the baby, although it cant be high impact. I found Lindsay Brin, who has a Cardio & Toning/Yoga workout, one for each trimester. I started the first trimester cardio & toning today, and let me just say I was sweating as much as doing Supreme 90! I am sure part of the reason is that I have been on hiatus from working out for a week now, but let me say I feel energized and great! I plan on doing the workout at least every other day, if not every day. I already ordered the 2nd and 3rd trimester dvds, so I can continue to workout and be fit throughout this pregancy. The other great thing is, that working out now will only help me get back in shape faster after the baby is born. Because I am already overweight, I hope working out will help me to not gain too much weight too fast. So much to learn and rethink about eating. I will continue to blog about my progress, and I hope I can still be a support for all of you along the way! I am gonna be one fit momma!
