356 days 2 Tri - and the spinning bug is back

On monday I was feeling apprehensive about going back to spinning class I've gained weight since I last went, I'm not as fit as i was, my back has been hurting for a while now blah blah excuses I let them keep me away for about 7 months !!
I had decided enough was enough.
Monday's class I very almost bailed on, I had to meet my boyfriend at 11:50 to hand something to him which gave me 20 minutes to get the gym and get changed for the 12:10 class -he was late he met me at 12:03 I was never going to make all his fault what could I do. Well I could of taken that attitude but I didn't I passed over his stuffed and turned at headed for the gym. I got to reception area with 1 minute to spare - not really enough time but I was going to go for it I ran to the changing room threw off my jeans and jumper (cycling shorts were on already and ran to the class - music playing the door was shut I still could of walked away. But someone else arrived too
In we walked together - I apologized for being late (in my shockingly bad german) and grabbed a bike. It was a long tough class and I did look at the clock quite a few times some hours just seem way longer than others. But I made it too the end and left the class with a spring in my step.
Wednesday I suprisingly didn't ache at all so back I went for class number 2. Once I sat on the saddle I realised I did have an ache a saddle shaped one ! ouch fortunately we did lots of work out of the seat and the instructor let us choose a couple of times whether we wanted to stand or sit so I always choose standing ! After Wednesdays class I was exhausted but by the time evening had arrived I had regained some energy and headed back off to the pool, swimming much further than I did on MOnday.
...and today Friday I made it to my third spinning class this week, I think this is a first for me. I really pushed hard today and now two hours after my class I am wondering what to do next - should I go to the pool, should hope on the cross trainer.
Its quite unbeleivable how my energy level have increased in such a short period of time.
As much as love my boyfriend his lifestyle habbits really don't suit me, weekend he like to drank beer eat good food and watch TV. None of that for me this weekend I have a date with the gym in the morning 3 hours of salsa lessons in the afternoon, tennis on sunday morning and another 3 hours of salsa.
