Excercise: Swam for a half hour and painted
Food: Again not so great- still have not gone shopping for groceries so relied on fast food for breakfast (smoothie) and lunch. Dinner- I shared a meal with a friend. Tried to make healthy choices. Drank lots of water. And tried not to sweat a ton.
Another long day. Felt overwhelmed in the morning because of a meeting I had. This weekend I plan to get myself back to my type-a self (organized genius!) and next week I am hoping to officially move into my new office and get all of my new cases up and running. The job is a lot of work but it is very rewarding.
