eat a lot, gain a little?

well 3 days of a hurry up and rush trip to my brothers in nc and my 96 yr old aunts in va didn't help. i did well on the road and at the fast food stops but not at the seafood resturant. i ordered crab salad but it came w/red potato salad and some of the best cole slaw i have ever had. way too much but didn't clear my plate (but close). came home and i have gained my 5 lbs lost back. i did not walk and only did my exercises one morning. so between the 2. today i am back in my saddle so hopefully that will get going on my 5 lbs again (and again and again)
