I've been something less than perfect in the past month or so. Gee what a surprise! But, I berate myself for not exercising every day & for letting my weight slip back up a couple of pounds and for eating that roll at lunch and for having that second glass of wine and and and.....

I think it was a link in one of the emails. Wow! What an eye opener for me. Hit the nail on the head!! Here is just the portion from the page for Scorpio:

So, starting today...I'm gonna try to stop feeling guilty & maybe even let go of that perfect image in my head that I'll never reach. I need to face facts. I'm 55 yrs old & that 20 yr old body is gone forever! But I can still be healthy & active.
