It's been a few days since my last blog post. Busy I guess? I've been a bit lazy with the workouts BUT I've been pretty good with eating. So long as I get in 90 minutes of exercise before Sunday, I'll be fine. And I'm planning one doing an hour today and tomorrow so I think I'll be fine.
It's been 3 weeks since I started SP. I've been hesitant to log my weekly weights because I feel like committing things to paper (or the internet) might be too much pressure for me. It's like I'm scared to acknowledge that in 3 weeks, I'm down almost 7lbs cos I'm afraid of the fall out. But, I need to stay positive and keep moving forward.
It's a little sad that I have to tip-toe around my weight loss.... I'm like "don't acknowledge it or it'll go away!". Sigh, but new week and new chance to step it up and see more progress!
