So I finally figured out I can carry less containers to work if I combine ingredients from the sparkpeople meal plan. Duh! So today I combined 1/2 cup chickpeas, 1 cup cucumbers, tomatoes, parsley, lemon juice and fat free feta for a yummy summer salad. Funny thing is when I bought the feta I assumed I should get fat free, but realize now regular feta is fine and good source of healthy fat. The point is I think I'm starting to get used to the meal plan and it's starting to become second nature to eat this way.
