I did REALLY well today. Had a lunch meeting and ordered a delicious salad, ate good snacks, was within all my nutrition ranges, plenty of veggies/fruits... and then I ate 3 pieces of rye toast with a tbsp of margarine, at 9 o'clock at night.
WHY????? I feel so gross now. And it's bedtime. Which means all of this is going to just convert into sugar, and then fat.
Dang it! Ugh - I erased an hour of exercising today with TOAST!
