4 Weeks back on track and feeling better!!!

After getting away from what worked, I have now gone 4 weeks of eating right, exercising, tracking, reading, staying motivated and it is paying off. Read two books "Maximize your Fat Loss" and "You on a Diet" by Dr. OZ.
