My fitness wishlist (with pictures!)

I want to be able to do 5 of these eventually without any assistance. Right now, I am up to 2 with assistance.. I've never been able to do that, not even when I was 130 pounds!

To be able to hold this pose for longer than a minute AND be able to kick one of my legs straight up!

4. Alright.. in theory, I just would like to get up the pole! This really does take so much upper body strenght, as well as the rest of the body.. and this is something I try to work on everyday.

I've seen my share of bigger girls be able to do amazing things because they've painstakingly built the strenght to do it. You ladies are my heros!!

And finally ...

5. I want to believe this.

Anyone care to share their fitness wishlist? :)

    I love your blog...made me really think about what I would like to accomplish...still a work in progress I think. Some simple things I am working towards though: 1. Toning my arms so wearing a tank top is not horrifying. 2. Running for more than 1 or 2 time defined right now, just more than what I can do at this point! 3.To be IN the pictures and like myself in them.
