Today went pretty well, had life cereal and 8oz iced coffee made with 1% milk for, had a mini can of chef boyardee ravioli for lunch ( I love it - don't judge:) and went out to dinner with my in-laws and kids at Eat n' park, I researched online ahead of time and ordered breakfast for dinner. 2 eggs over medium, dry english muffin and hashbrowns, then went swimming with the kids. tried to stay moving the entire 2 hrs. came home and had a snack.
1265 calories for the day ( goal between 1200-1550) so in range.
6 cups of water so far.
Logged into spark blogged and about to update.
Down .2 lbs today so down 12 from my highest.
