IHOP WAFFLES! Mmmmm Salmon cakes! 400 calories isn't bad if you go light on the sides...lots of veggies. YAY for brussel sprouts. I totally play that game where I think something isn't going to be enough when in reality I eat more than I should. mmmmm Crabs....Your blog is full of yummo stuff today!!

Tomorrow we're going up to 104F and it's record highs for up here. I think I'm dying now at 95F. Heat sucks. Cold sucks. Weather sucks.

I ignore counting my carrots when I'm starving sometimes....when i heard about WW and them not counting some food. I KNOW it works faster if your count EVERYTHING, but, when I am HUNGRY I go to my fruits and veggies as freebees and it curbs the crazies....
