It's been an interesting week, with everything going on this week my wife in Pa to be with her dad for his surgery, my mom in SC with her surgery and today my dad's colonoscopy. It's a wonder I have been getting enough sleep but low and behold I was able to get my 8 hours of sleep everyday. What I did notice is with some supple changes in sleep positions I seem to fall asleep alot easier. Not that it has ever been a problem for me to fall asleep, it just seems that lately even though I am tired I still have a hard time falling asleep. I started this challenge to try and see if I can pinpoint any areas I can change to get better sleep. Of course I know when my wife comes back I will have to share the bed again which will change my sleep patterns again but with knowledge comes the ability to recognize and change when necessary.
