I hate complaining in public ... but I'm going to do it anyway.
The last week I've been following the program, doing good, and feeling proud of myself (more or less). Yesterday I was working hard on the Wii for almost an hour without noticing how much time had passed. Then, last night, I felt fine but had the hardest time getting to sleep. Woke up this morning feeling worse than I have in months, and it kept getting worse. Plus, my cat bit me (okay, he wanted food, but that's no excuse for rudeness).
Anyway, I got up and rode the stationary bike as planned. Felt awful the whole time. In fact it's only 4 hours later that I'm any kind of better and can start on the rest of the day.
Today was also my weigh in and measuring day. Lost about half a pound, and I'm good with that! My waist and hip measurements were down but thigh and arm were up, a LOT. I'm thinking I may have made some weird error in measurements last week since I double checked this morning.
So, I'm feeling awful, got exercise anyway, cooked and ate a healthy breakfast, and am off to complete my to do list. This is progress that wouldn't have gotten done before. I've got to quit whining!
