Bootcamp still "owns" me 3 days a week, the gym another 2. Weight loss is ever so slow, but for once I am not measuring success by a number on the scale. I know I am dropping inches like crazy and people are noticing the weight loss so I guess I am gaining muscle and losing inches, even if the pounds are stubbornly not going away! However I feel stronger, more fit, calmer, happier with my body, more confident. I guess that's pretty good, even if the scale refuses to budge! Everything in it's own time. I am happy with the progress I've made. And I will stick to it until the scale matches the rest of me!
