I just got home one hour ago. WHEW! What a great day!

Woke up after only having 7 hours of sleep, which was just enough. Had a great breakfast but no coffee, ran out of creamo. So I had Orange Sparkling Water instead, Refreshing I must say.

Then we packed up everything that we needed for our road trip. Off to see Dad, who lives 60 minutes away from us. The trip there went very smooth and I managed to get some crocheting done while listening to some Mindy McCready songs.

Got to Dads and chatted for a bit then we went of to a diner near his place. I love that diner, Dawn our Waitress was lovely as usual. Knew what we wanted to drink without asking, Coffee and she remembered that I love Splenda for my coffee and got me some.

We each had our favorite item and we laughed and enjoyed our meal so much we were there for close to 90 minutes. Dawn kept filling our cups and my water glass as well and still she managed to serve the other customers there.

We went back to Dad's place and while dad and John did some work on John's truck I sat in the truck with door open crocheting and listening to them chat about the truck and what needs to be done on it.

We are going back next week so that Dad can work on the truck and I will will do my knitting or crocheting while they fix the truck. Hopefully Aunt Jean will be there and we can chat up a storm drinking tea.

Looking forward to that visit.

On the way home we stopped at my Boy Friend's place and picked up the T.V. Stand that goes with the T.V. that he gave me.

We brought it home and John and his friend John help bringing it in to our apartment. It was to heavy for me to lift it with John. So the two guys did it.

So now I have it all cleaned up and shinny. Tomorrow we will take the old stand apart and put the new stand in its place. Set up the stand and organize it nicely. Now I have more room for my CD rack to sit beside it and it will look complete.

My CD are stack haphazardly on top of the old stand and looks to messy. With the CD rack it will be stacked Alphabetically and will look much cleaner.

I can't wait to get it done tomorrow.

The rest of the night I am taking it easy and watching Master Chef and do a bit more knitting this time before it is time for bed.
