Well I'm actually proud of myself today, I said no to try these cookies my mom bought and only drinked water and fought off the temptation of strawberry milk. Today I bought Fiber one cereal, lenders whole wheat bagels, and tomorrow I'm buying a 10 pack of fiber one bars. Those are my key things in my diet like thye were last time. I decided to do a high fiber diet again, Later tonight I'm gonna exercise for 30 minites total, my lower abs are a little sore from a lower ab toning workout but I'm determined to workout. I only ate 3 meals today and 5 crackers for a snack sonce I had dinner so late. I did eat ketchup with my oven baked unsalted fris but its better then fast food fries I also ate ketchup with my small chicken breast that was skinless with herbs on it. I think I did pretty good today. Tomorrow I'm getting fiber bars and ham steaks (97% fat free) and soon some breakfast essentals for the extra protien I wanna add. I hope tomorrow I have another successful day. I also put in a layaway at kmart for my new clothes 'm hopeing in just about a month to be between 145-140 I would be happy
