I did 34 minutes of fitness yesterday (July 18)
The fitness highlight yesterday was doing even more lunges. By going slow, I've gotten back to the highest level of lunges I've done. Now I'll just work on pushing off even more explosively when doing the lunge. I was out running errands yesterday and – yes – was literally running from errand to errand. I really noticed that my legs are getting much stronger from the consistent lunges this year – fun!
