So I recently noticed that after bucking the system of not working out in the morning before work, it is going to be one adjustment that is truly going to be one of the main keys to my success!! I spend my days at work constantly on my feet and working out afterwards just isn't cutting the mustard anymore!! One day of not working out in the am prior to work, and then trying to make an already exhausted body amp up for a 400 cal cardio session ain't happening, so I am happy that I am happy to comply to this reality and so what it takes for me to continue being successful!! Thank God for Wisdom LOL!! emoticon

    I am right there with you, I am not on my feet all day but am just as exhausted in the evening after working on the computer and talking to customers, so I do my workout in the AM or it is not done
