Exercising again!

Yesterday I began exercising again, after almost a whole year dead on the couch. 40 minutes of morning bike, on an empty stomach (I know the issues) with a 70% over heart rate. Cycling on the brazilian shore feels great, I had just forgot it. At night I went to the gym and did 30 minutes of weight lifting. After one year away I just decided to begin lightly, so did not do much. Before bed I felt so great that I was just laughing about anything and feeling impressively happy. Tomorrow I complete a week of eating only healthy food and on a low caloric diet. I am already feeling fantastic. Tomorrow night I will also make my first weight in. Hope the results show on the scale as well, but that is really not an issue, cause I know I will have some muscle gain and that I am just beginning a new lifestyle. Today I already did my biking and am eating smartly. Guess it is not too hard to make healthy choices if you have your refrigerator full of good options. I continue reading The Spark and am impressed on how it is motivating. I really suggest it to anyone needing that little push! Using the messageboards and the Sparkpeople.com is great and I just cannot log off. See you tomorrow!
