359 days 2 Tri - and wk1 day1 of 5k my way

A slight change of plan - wasn't going to start back up with the whole running thing until I had lost a few lbs ... but there is a 5.5k race in September and if I start training now I shoul dbe fit to almost complete it so here goes

week 1 day 1
walk 3 mins run 1
walk 3 mins run 1
walk 3 mins run 1
walk 3 mins run 1
walk 3 mins run 1

I started this plan in Apil but I had to stop in week 3 with a broken toe this time i hope to successfully reach the end ! I decided to go back to the beginning as I haven't done so much exercise lately but if its too easy I will jump to week 2

    Congratulations on getting so far ! It must be getting tough by week 7 - I really hope I can get there this time !

    I'm in week 7 of the C25K training. I love it! I know you can do it!!
