THE FRONT LINE......FOR AS LONG AS I CAN REMEMBER. I ALWAYS PUT MYSELF ON THE.....TOP SHELF OR ON THE BACK BURNER. ALL MY LIFE. I PUT MYSELF BACK THERE. NEVER IN THE FRONT LINE. NEVER! AND I DO MEAN NEVER. EVERY TIME I START TO TAKE MYSELF DOWN, OR GET ON THE FRONT LINE. I ALWAYS SLIDE MYSELF BACK TO THE BURNER. TO STEW SLOWING ON LOW FLAMES. OH, THE DRIVE IS IN MY HEAD & THE MOTIVATION IS THERE, BUT EVERYONE IS PULLING ME AND EVERY ONE NEEDS A PIECE OF ME.
THIS MORNING. I GO TO WORK.
MEET MY HUSBAND AT HIS DOCTOR APPOINTMENT.
MAKE IT TO MY WEIGH N MEETING FOR THE WEEK.
SET MY GOALS FOR THE WEEK WITH THE ADVISER.
AND THESE ARE MY BENCHMARKS THAT NEEDS TO BE MET BY THE END OF THIS WEEK.
600 CRUNCHES.
200 PUSH UPS.
400 SQUATS.
6 MILES OF WALKING.
3 DAYS OF WEIGHT TRAINING.
60 MINS OF CARDIO AEROBICS 3 DAYS THIS WEEK.
540 OZ OF WATER THIS WEEK.
14 SERVINGS OF FRUIT.
7 PROTEIN SMOOTHIES.
24 SERVINGS OF VEGETABLES. "NO V-8'S" I MUST EAT THESE SERVINGS.
3 QTS OF A SPINACH, APPLE, STRAWBERRY, BLUE BERRY,& PEACH BLEND.
ALL OF THIS.. HAS TO BE DONE WITHIN THIS WEEK. NO SLACKING OFF.
IT MUST BE DONE..
NOW, I GOT MY BLEND RECIPE SATURDAY. I DID WHIP THAT BLEND UP.
HAVE I HAD A DROP. NO.. I MIXED IT SUNDAY, AND I HAVE NOT DRANKED ONE DANGUM CUP. AM I PUTTING MYSELF ON THE BACK BURNER?
YES! I DID TODAY. I DID NOTHING. NOTHING, AND I'M PRETTY UPSET.
BUT THERE IS ALWAYS 2MORROW.. AND THERE IS ALWAYS GETTING A GLASS IN TONIGHT OF THAT SMOOTHIE LOADED BLEND. AND GETTING MY BEHIND IN THERE AND DOING A WORKOUT.
BUT I HAVE A PROBLEM.
I HAVE A GAS BUBBLE, AND IT'S WORKING ON MY LAST ONE.
