June 13, I wrote my first Blog on this Summer Slimdown Challenge. This time I have been asked to write about my goals so far. Revising my goals has been very eye opening. I have come aware of how easy and motivated I started and how easy I can get flexible and forgetful like I will remember anything, know anything I will need to know, and everything will go smoothly and without troubles, but here I am facing reality once again. The most important lesson keep coming back to read my goals over and over again, because it will not stick in my mind like glue. I need too keep remembering them EvErYdAy, so I will be able to meet them in the time line given or propose. So I am not very happy here, not very proud either, but this a wholeness process and a healthful process and I have to face my fears, my downs, my frustrations and my fall downs as wells if I want to change my mind and my life. So here are the goals io shared and how i have done so far.
1. To loose 10 pounds.
I feel sad about this one, but I have only lost 1.2 pounds only. So giving it all myself into the rest of the challenge and into having this goals in mind. :(
2. To drink 8 glasses of water, daily.
This one has been easy, doable and reachable. So far OK and a Woo Hoo moment!!!!
3. To track all that I eat, or bite.
Arrrrgh, not every bite, not everyday. I need to work on this even harder and give all myself into it, too. :(
4. To eat, at least, a salad, daily.
Another blah moment, not everyday, arrrgh!!!! I need to go back to this one if I want to conquer this challenge and feel proud about it. :(
5. To eat, at least a fruit daily.
A Woo Hoo moment. Everyday and some days twice a week, Yay, yay, yay, go me, go me, go me, Woo Hoo!!!!! :)
6. To start working on decreasing my sugar intake.
Some days OK!!!!, other days not good, so I have to become more watchful, more careful, keep trying very hard and more mindful!!!!! This is the way to show I love myself and I will be able to show it taking care of myself. : |
Now ready to work on the weeks ahead until this challenge gets done. Ready to go back to work and to review my plans again and write them down and put it in a place where I can see them and read them everyday, like a teacher's Education Plan, it will be like the process of planning and teaching, everyday, for me.
