Week one of body gospel is done. I love it and will keep doing this workout program and also keep doing the Zumba. Although the C25K is taking a little longer to get used to, but maybe every other day is best, I'll try that.
Tomorrow is my diabetes checkup so we'll see how that goes, but I know there has been no improvement.
I'll just keep on working on it all
