Today's Fitness
I did 14 minutes of fitness yesterday (July 16) and 42 minutes (July 17).

Today's Highlights

The highlight from the past couple of days was going on a short bike ride with my boys over the weekend fun to see them pedaling away!

Climbed 20 flights of stairs with my husband yesterday. I really felt the burn, but loved doing something like that w/ my husband. He's a natural athelete, and I'm a recovering couch potato! It took us about 30 min, he probably could have done it in 10 min, but we did it together which was what made it so great! The view of SF Bay from the top was magnificent. Then we took a 30 min stroll along the waterfront.

Only just getting to this now, getting into routine is hard to do, I am going to have to do 10 min a day to get me moving again. Now if I could only find that spark I've misplaced ! I will I can ! emoticon

I peddled my stationary bike for 20 minutes last night after coming home from 2 hrs exercise at the ymca. Thanks for your inspiration.

I started with a 15 min walk and now I am going to the ymca every weekday and Saturdays cutting the grass. I feel so much better and have lost 8 pounds since June 7th. Of course I stayed on track but I am feeling great. Thanks for your help.

50 minutes of yoga on my lunch hour, then 50 minutes of walking after work with Spark friend, IUSBDEB on indoor track at Student Activity Center, and then 50 more minutes of walking with 2 more Spark friends from our South Bend team, CYNDIEMOORE AND SALLYSUEPJ (and her little Spark, Isla carried in a front pack).

You are going strong Chris! emoticon
I did 30 min. of exercises at home. Going to give my bad heel a try tomorrow for the first time outside (on a trail somewhere) in a week. It feels better, but will take it slow, maybe a shorter walk, like 10 min! emoticon
I love that you are doing these blogs! Thanks for stopping by my page yesterday! Cannot wait to hear about James Durbin-now that was a guy who battled the odds and an illness and just came out shining bright! emoticon

With temps over 100 all day for over a week, I went to our community Center and walked two miles on the indoor track. I love walking.
