Down Dog Days of Summer
WHAT DID YOU ACCOMPLISH THIS WEEKEND!?
My former college roommate and forever bff was in town this weekend. I took her to my gym Saturday morning, went for an hour long walk together Sunday morning, and went swimming in the pool for 1.5 hr Sunday afternoon.
WHAT IS ONE THING YOU ARE FORGIVING YOURSELF FOR, THAT YOU DID THIS WEEKEND, AND HOW ARE YOU GOING TO FIX IT?
I had Long John Silvers, a Godiva chocolate truffle, and shared a Cheddar's Cookie Monster.... I won't do it again for a looonnng time. Those three craptastic locations are special occasion visits only.
CAN YOU MATCH OR SURPASS WHAT YOU ACCOMPLISHED LAST WEEK?
Uh, not a problem I'm guessing as I didn't do a lot last week. (The only good thing to having an off week, is that the next week should always be GREAT in comparison, RIGHT?!)
WHAT IS SOMETHING YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THAT IS HAPPENING SOON?
Getting together with friends Saturday. Social life? What?
NAME THREE THINGS THAT YOU WILL USE FOR MOTIVATION THIS WEEK.
1) The last two days were a great start to a new streak!
2) Pictures of me my bff posted all over facebook from this weekend...holy crap.
3) Can I say pictures again?
NAME ONE THING YOU WILL NOT DO THIS WEEK.
Freak out. That's the goal. Financial stress is killing me. Gotta keep it together. Seriously though, I WILL NOT SKIP WORKING OUT LIKE I DID LAST WEEK.
THIS WEEK, MY BRAIN AND MY BODY AND I ARE GOING TO ______________. Avoid food at "the grandmas", shake it, walk it, kick it, swim it, pump it, and/or burn it in some form every day, and have a serious conference meeting via yoga mat at least twice.
BONUS! See how many days you can drink NOTHING but water.
