Whilst lying on my sn lounger in Spain watching the waves roll in, whilst sipping pina colada's I made a commitment to get it shape. Yey yey we are all doing that just by being here, and I do agree when I stray from spark people the lbs do start coming back on.
But this time is different, this time I have too do it !
I am entering the Zurich Sprint triathlon in July Next year, I want to do it - I can do it I will !
0.5km swim, 20km bike ride follow by a 5km jog fun fun fun.
Ok so this is going to be a major challenge I can swim 0.5km (I think) but ive never tried to cycle 20km and i can't run 5km so the three together in about an hour is going to be tough.
I need the challenge I need the motivation !
Wish me luck because i sure need a bit of that too!
Today is my first day of training - I thought spinnning was a good way to start, followed by seeing how far I can swim this evening.
I intend to delay the running until I hit 180lbs as I dont want to put too much strain on my joints whilst Im atthis weight.
