I have gotten adjusted to the site (love it), have been walking every day 3-4 miles, and have been logging my food. I feel like I have warmed up to this SparkPeople-thing and am ready to take it to the next level!
I am going to kick this up a notch. Start walking an extra mile a day and add some sit ups and a few minutes practice of Tae Kwan Do each day. Also going to be more consistant with my strength exercises.
AND going to move my main meal to lunch and have a lighter dinner (hopefully earlier than my usual time).
Can't wait to see where this takes me!
