Fitness: Worked out 3 times this week but did not quite meet my goal. Work was really busy last week with lots of hours. I did walk most mornings but did not do much strength training and with such long hours, forget about evening workouts. On the bright side, I did walk and worked out at least three times last week and did not throw in the towel. I will come up with a better plan when work gets tight.
Nutrition: Not much new in this area. Did not get to shop which left me with very little vegetables. This week I am at a conference for work. Meals are provided so we'll see how I do with that. There are many options so how I do is up to me. Although tonight the corn on the cob was bathing in butter. I didn't touch the stuff. And I took the skin off of the fried chicken. Wish me luck with the cafeteria style dining.
