Way to go on that weight loss!!! Thank you for commenting on my blog, Shake it up, baby. I weighed 265 pounds on Saturday when I bought the Nutri-bullet and have lost 8 lbs. as of today, Wednesday. I logged in my food and saw immediately why. The fruit does not have many calories in it and I use one smoothie for breakfast and lunch and then eat a normal meal (cooked) for supper.

I figure if I can get off of some of my pills, I take 13 a day, and lose the weight, that I will have money to buy the fruit and vegetables that I need. I don't work and my husband is off work after having a foot surgery. We are in our 60's. You are right, I am doing something positive for myself and I hope I will stick with it.

Since you have been building muscle - evident because you have been losing inches not pounds - I think you will find a very pleasant side effect kick in. When I did this years ago all of a sudden I started to lose a couple of pounds a week. Consistently. Keep up whatever you are doing in the exercise area because it is about to pay off big time.
