Today's Fitness
I did 36 minutes of fitness yesterday (July 15).

Today's Highlights

The highlight today was doing stretching out in the sunshine barefoot on the grass great way to end the day and week!

    I exercise on the elliptical trainer at a high rate for 60 minutes per day. I recently increased the resistance to level 6.

    Took the dog on a mile-long walk! It's the only exercise I do on my rest days :)

    I did 2 of Coach Nicole's videos and a little Step. I wasn't a ball of fire yesterday but will go to the Y later today.

    Family birthday and way to hot to get out for a run. Will try to hit the gym tonight or atleast early tomorrow for a spin class and some yoga!

    I like that idea of stretching on the long as it's not really hot and humid like it is going to be here all this week in SE MI.....high 90's through next Sat. It looks like it is basement exercise all week for me ....on the treadmill, gazelle, elipitical! I will GET it done!!

    I got in a 2 mile walk - found a nice shaded area that made for a lovely walk. Must go there again. Nothing but me, the river, the flowers, the birds, one other walker and her dog.

  I kept putting off my workout...then 11pm rolled around. I was already thinking that I wouldn't get myself motivated enough, but I came across a vlog where the vlogger was talking about going to a gym class. Then, I thought to myself: yes, Mary, time to turn on that exercise video! Did a full body strength work out and now feel relaxed and ready for bed! :-)

    emoticon Keep going on the streak! Really like how you highlight someone's page on your blog-very nice! emoticon I am still resting my foot from the walking. Dr's orders! emoticon But, tomorrow I am going to get back at it with as much exercise as I can to offset no walking until the foot is healed. emoticon

    I did get my 10 min. I walked my 3 kids, my sisters 2 kids, and a friends kid...6 total kids... to the park and I played with them. A great fun way to have fun, exercise was the bonus.
