Hmm.. what to say differently than the previous week. I am trying, just can't seem to find much time during the week. I did manage to eat healthier, less pop for lunch. Thursday was a bad day I broke down and had pizza and a mountain dew for lunch at my internship. I don't know what I have to do to get serious. It seems that once I make it home from the hospital I have 4 hours to spend with the baby and get everything done and I just am not making the time for me. My goal for this upcoming week - bring a healthy lunch for intership every day. Start off small, maybe that will work out better for me!

    I think that is the best idea. You can't overcome everything all at once. Try to make at least one goal and stick with that for at least 3 days this week. then next week try it all 5 days. It's a lifestyle change, and it won't happen over night!
