Starting Over, Again

I did so well 3 years ago with the help of SparkPeople and my local gym. Now I am forced to admit that I have slid slowly back, and past my former "disgusting" weight, to find a new, disgusting, weight.
I am amazed at my lack of energy and the difficulty starting even the simplest of routines. I caught myself starting up the 4 wheeler to carry a single 50# bag of feed about 75 feet. When did simple things become so difficult? I realized it has been months (since the snow went away) that I have been relying on a wagon to bring single bales of hay into the barn - about 50 feet, downhill.
Time for a change.

  Thanks guys for the notes of support. Admitting failure is so difficult. But I have decided to move away from that reality, and into a healthier future.

    You are def. not alone! I am going through the ups and downs. It's life though. It is forever changing. Just have to get focused on what's important to us! I am writing little post it notes all over the house and before and after (yes! and Noooo!) photos of myself up! I find a lot of thinspiration from youtube too watching weight loss journeys when I have a minute too! It's motivating! I hope that you reach your goals!! emoticon

WE WILL DO THIS WE ARE WORTH IT ONE DAY ONE STEP AT A TIME. TRACK DAILY YOUR FOOD AND FITNESS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE AND DRINK PLENTY OF WATER. EAT YOUR FRUITS AND VEGGIES 5 A DAY SPARK SAY'S.
